Who can use Guardwick

You need to be old enough to sign a binding agreement where you live (typically 18). One account per person. Don't share your sign-in.

What we provide

A risk calculator, pre-trade checklist, trade journal, and resource library — tools that help you think clearly about trades. We are not financial advisors, your broker, your accountant, or your tax preparer. Nothing in the product, the bot, or the resources is financial advice.

Trading involves risk of loss. You are responsible for every order you place.

Your content

Whatever you type into Guardwick — calculations, checklist answers, journal entries, screenshots — belongs to you. We hold it so the app can show it back to you. You can export it any time, and you can ask us to delete it any time (see the privacy policy).

Beta means beta

Guardwick is in beta. Things may break. Features may change. Data loss is unlikely but not impossible. If something important to you isn't backed up somewhere outside Guardwick, treat that as your risk to manage.

What you cannot do

• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the product as your own.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break our authentication or rate limits.
• Use Guardwick to harass anyone or to violate the law where you live.
• Upload content that doesn't belong to you — including charts you ripped from a paid platform that prohibits redistribution.

Termination

You can stop using Guardwick at any time and email us to delete your data. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms; we'll explain why and let you export your data first when we can.

Liability

Guardwick is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us — which is zero during beta. If you incur a trading loss, that loss is yours. The tools are here to help you think; they cannot guarantee outcomes.

Updates

If we change these terms, we'll note it in the changelog and email anyone with an account. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
