We try to keep this readable. If something is unclear, email contact@guardwick.com and we'll fix it.

Who we are

Guardwick is a small, beginner-friendly trading toolkit. This page covers the Telegram bot (@guardwickbot) and the web app at this domain.

What we collect

  • Sign-in: when you sign in with Google, we store the email and display name Google sends us. We never see your Google password.
  • Journal data: anything you type into the web app — risk calculations, checklist responses, journal entries, screenshots you upload.
  • Telegram bot: the bot is anonymous. It does not store your Telegram ID, name, or messages.
  • Attribution: if you arrive via a link with a ?ref= tag, we save that string against your account so we know what brought you.
  • What we never see: your broker, your trading account number, your real-money positions, or any market-data feed connected to your trading.

Where it lives

Account data and journal entries are stored on Supabase (Postgres + object storage). The web app runs on Vercel; the Telegram bot runs on Railway. We use Google for sign-in. That's the full list of third parties.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies needed to keep you signed in (Supabase auth) and to remember your theme preference. We do not run any third-party tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or ad-tech.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays as long as your account exists. To delete it, email contact@guardwick.com and we'll wipe everything we have on you within seven days. If we add a self-serve delete button to settings, we'll mention it in the changelog.

Your data is yours

You can export your journal at any time from settings. We won't sell, rent, or share your trading data with anyone outside the third parties listed above, period.

Updates

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll note it in the changelog and email anyone with an account.
